Charlie Zheng is a graduate of East China Normal University in Shanghai, one of China’s prestigious “ 985” Universities. He worked as a full-time university tutor at Guangxi University before arriving in Australia as an international student. After a short stay at Melbourne University, he moved to Sydney and to complete a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at UTS Business School.

Charlie Zheng has 19 years of experience in the international education industry, including 12 years at IDP Education Ltd. Along with Amreen, Charlie was one of IDP Sydney’s key members and contributed significantly to IDP’s overall success.

Besides being a knowledgeable QEAC counsellor, Charlie is also a highly experienced registered migration agent, a Justice of the Peace, as well as a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). Being IDP’s first commercial migration agent, Charlie takes pride in guiding international students/graduates through the maze of student visas and skilled migration. With a passion for international education, Charlie visited the majority of major Australian university campuses in person. He also visited some of the top universities in Europe, North America and Asia to evaluate cutting-edge worldwide trends in tertiary education for the ultimate benefit of his student clientele.
