Who is ACEM?

Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Book a free consultation and a counsellor will talk through your goals, budget and timeline. Any paid services are explained and agreed with you before you commit.
What does a registered migration agent do that an education agent does not?
A registered migration agent is legally allowed to give immigration advice and to prepare and lodge visa applications for you, and is regulated by OMARA and bound by a Code of Conduct. Education counsellors help with courses and applications to institutions.
Can you guarantee an offer or a visa?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Institutions decide offers and the Department of Home Affairs decides visa applications. We prepare accurate applications and give honest advice.
How long does a student visa take?
Processing times change and vary between applicants. We tell you the current guide time when we prepare your application; the Department of Home Affairs publishes its own estimates.
Can I work while I study?
Student visas usually come with work conditions, and the rules can change. We explain the conditions that apply to your visa when we lodge it.
Which English test should I take?
It depends on the institution and the visa. We confirm the accepted tests and required scores for your situation before you book.
Can I speak to someone in Bangladesh?
Yes — we have an office in Dhaka as well as Melbourne and Sydney. Choose your preferred office on the enquiry form.
