Scholarships & fee options

Some Australian institutions offer scholarships, fee reductions or other financial support to international students. What is available, who qualifies and how much it is worth changes from one intake to the next, and many offers are only available through particular partner institutions.

Our counsellors keep track of the options offered by the institutions we work with and tell you honestly which ones you are realistically likely to qualify for — so you do not spend time on applications that are out of reach.

• Check which of your shortlisted institutions currently offer scholarships or fee reductions.
• Explain the eligibility criteria, closing dates and what evidence is needed.
• Help you prepare your application and supporting documents.
• Compare the real cost of each option once scholarships, living costs and health cover are included.

• Scholarships are competitive and are decided by the institution or the awarding body, not by ACEM.
• Conditions can apply, such as maintaining a minimum grade average.
• A scholarship does not change your visa requirements — you still need to meet all student visa conditions, including financial capacity.
